Led the UX/UI redesign of Olivela's luxury e-commerce platform, enhancing the shopping experience across the PDP, PLP, cart drawer, and checkout journey. I also designed and launched Ask Oli, an AI-powered shopping assistant that improved product discovery and customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I delivered intuitive, conversion-focused experiences from concept through to developer handoff using Figma.
