Olivela – Luxury E-commerce Redesign

Goal: Redesign Olivela's luxury e-commerce platform to lift conversion across the shopping journey and introduce AI-assisted product discovery. Role: Lead UX/UI Designer, working end-to-end from concept through developer handoff. Approach: Redesigned the PDP, PLP, cart drawer and checkout journey with a focus on clarity and conversion. Designed and launched Ask Oli, an AI-powered shopping assistant to support product discovery. Collaborated closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams throughout, delivering detailed specs in Figma. Outcome: Shipped a more intuitive, conversion-focused shopping experience across Olivela's core purchase journey, with Ask Oli adding a new AI-driven discovery channel for customers.
